  • The photographs are for reference only and may show slight variations in color or texture due to lighting or screen settings.
  • All products are subject to availability in stock.
  • SHAMUNA may modify, update, or discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Prices and Currency

  • All prices are expressed in USD (US dollars) .
  • SHAMUNA may change prices without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
  • Prices do NOT include shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

6. Payment Methods

SHAMUNA accepts the following methods:

6.1. Place to Pay (Placetopay Ecuador)

Certified payment gateway that allows:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Electronic methods enabled by the bank

The processing and approval of the payment depends on the issuing entity.
SHAMUNA does not store complete card data .

6.2. Bank transfers

The customer can choose to pay by prior transfer.
The order will only be processed after:

  1. Send proof of payment
  2. Validate it internally
  3. Prove the deposit
6.3. Other methods

Any additional methods will be specified at checkout.

7. Order Confirmation

Once payment is completed:

  • The customer receives an email confirming the order.
  • SHAMUNA may cancel orders due to lack of stock, system errors, rejected payments, or suspected fraud.
  • In case of cancellation, the customer will be notified and the refund will be processed according to the payment method.


8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipments are made through certified courier companies.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the city, logistical availability, and external conditions.
  • The customer must provide correct delivery information.
  • Once the product has been handed over to the courier, SHAMUNA cannot change the delivery address or date.

Estimated delivery time in Ecuador: 1 to 6 business days.


9. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Requests for exchanges and returns are strictly governed by the official policy published at:

Important summary:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with original tags.
  • Changes must be requested within the time frame specified in the policy.
  • No returns are accepted on sale items, used items, items without tags, or personalized items.
  • Refunds are only issued in the cases specified in your official policy.
  • Refunds via Place to Pay depend on the gateway's operating times.
  • Refunds by bank transfer are made only to the purchaser.


10. Warranty

The products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a reasonable period according to their nature.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse
  • Bumps, falls or natural wear and tear
  • Product alterations
  • Exposure to chemicals or improper washing


11. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for:

  • Check the condition of the product upon receipt
  • Please verify sizes, colors, and quantities before paying.
  • Enter accurate information in orders and contact details
  • The correct use of the product


12. SHAMUNA's Limitation of Liability

SHAMUNA is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier
  • Damage caused by misuse of products
  • Technical problems beyond our control
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Transactions rejected by Place to Pay
  • Package loss due to incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Designs
  • Photographs
  • Logos
  • Texts
  • Products
  • Site structure

It is the exclusive property of SHAMUNA and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
